SHIPPING

Packages are shipped within Denmark with DAO for 55 DKK, which is added to the order total.

If you live outside Denmark and wish to purchase an artwork, please feel free to contact me and we will find a solution.

PICKUP

You are welcome to pick up your order to avoid shipping costs.
Use the code “NOSHIP” and remember to add your email address to the order so we can arrange a pickup time.

DELIVERY TIME

As I run a small design studio, there may occasionally be a few extra days needed for production and packing before your artwork is shipped.

If you need your order quickly, please reach out — I will do my best to help.

RETURNS

Artworks can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Send an email to [email protected] if you’d like to return an item, and I will provide the return address.

Return shipping is not refunded.
It is not possible to cancel a purchase by refusing to accept the package.

CLAIMS & ISSUES

If something is wrong with your artwork when you receive it, please get in touch — we will find a solution.
